  • Overview:
    Ran paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads for sub-sale and auction properties in Johor. The objective was to increase inbound interest and reduce time-to-sale.

    • Set up ad funnels using Meta Ads Manager
    • Targeted custom audiences based on job title, age, location
    • A/B tested creatives and ad copy (e.g., urgency vs. value-based messaging)
